Alf McPhee

Alf McPhee is one of the founding partners of AJ Auto Electrical. He’s the ‘A’ in the ‘AJ!’

Alf’s focus at AJ Auto Electrical has stayed the same through the years. He says it’s all about the people. The quality of relationships with their customers, and attracting and retaining good people on staff is what makes AJ Auto Electrical the great place that it is.

Alf is heavily involved in Waikiwi Rugby Club. He has twice been president, is a life member and current committee member, as well as being a team manager. AJ Auto Electrical is a major sponsor of the club.

Aside from spending time with his family, Alf’s other interests include jet boating in his 151 Hamilton 351 V8 and trying to improve his golf although making time is a bit of a challenge. He loves motor racing and tries to attend the odd V8 Supercar event.

AJ Auto Electrical sponsors or assists several motor sport and other entities, and Alf is please to be able to support local endeavours in this way.

Alf’s wife Glenda is an AA local driving instructor, they have two granddaughters in Brisbane, so between family, sporting and other interests their household has very few dull moments.
